Eligibility
- Exchange or store credit only within 14 days from date of merchandise receipt for the value of the merchandise only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the expense of the customers.
- All merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and manufacturer's labels and tags intact.
- Several types of merchandise are not eligible for return nor exchange: we do not accept return of underwear, tights, socks, hats.

- Receipt for Proof of Purchase is required.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost item or damage in transit to us.
